Terms of Adhesion for Checkout

Purchase conditions:

a) The holder (customer) of the purchase is fully responsible for the chosen products, Score Portugal ® is not responsible for any type of mistaken acquisition. We do not accept any type of exchange. We only accept exchanges due to manufacturing defects or item anomalies.

b) We do not accept returns of any item with damaged packaging.

Scenting items, if there is any doubt about the choice of aroma, we suggest purchasing a sample of the respective fragrance.

c) After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with the appropriate "Order Note", identified with the payment method, from that moment Score Portugal ® has 24 hours to confirm the order, 48 hours to give start of manufacturing and 72 hours for shipping.

d) In the case of a product missing from the purchase, if it is impossible to communicate with the customer, the goods will be dispatched immediately and the customer will be credited with the due value for the missing goods.

e) Payments can be made in the following ways: MB WAY, bank deposit or Bank Transfer.

f) The customer who chooses the deposit/transfer modality must send proof of the transaction with the respective order form number via email to lojascoreportugal@gmail.com

After checking, the merchandise will be prepared, packed and dispatched.

Attention: the deadline for sending the receipt is 48 hours, all orders will be canceled after this period if there is no type of receipt in the mailbox.

Shipping conditions:

a) The customer is completely free to choose the shipping method and all shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

b) Any merchandise returned due to the absence of the recipient will have new shipping costs.
